Rotary Craft Fair Information for Vendors
Welcome Crafters and Artists! You have reached the Framingham Rotary Club Craft Fairs registration site. After reading our policies below, click on “register here” at the bottom. You will be asked for registration information; you will not be registered until after you enter payment information and receive a confirmation screen. You may also find that registration is “closed” because 1) it hasn’t opened yet for the next fair or 2) because we are at capacity, and you can enter your information for a vendor wait list.
Our popular Framingham Rotary Spring Craft Fair started in 2011 with our Holiday fair added in 2023. We feature some of the most sought-after vendors in the area; our customers anticipate an incredible variety of high-quality locally made products. Our over 110 vendors all create and sell their own goods to over 1000 customers who shop. Fair proceeds fund our Rotary services and projects in Ashland, Framingham, Holliston & Hopkinton, as well as Rotarian humanitarian projects worldwide.
Event Promotion: We circulate our fair online on national fair sites, social media platforms as well as local media outlets, reaching over 10,000 potential customers. Just before the fair, we blanket our local area with flyers, lawn & A-frame signs. Most of our vendors also post & circulate our poster, as well as email their clientele.
Vendor Booths: Registration is $90 for a 1-sided access and $120 for a 2-sided access. All vendor spaces are approximately 90 sq ft. Vendors must bring their own tables & chairs.
Venue Features: Keefe Tech Regional High School features two handicapped accessible entrances into a long, wide hallway with many electrical outlets, restrooms, ATMs, water fountains, free guest WIFI, and free parking.
Event Rules: Vendors must make and sell their own products and maintain their own valid licensures. No physically or morally disruptive products, as determined by fair and school management. Our fair currently excludes resellers, services, fundraisers, political, and games. Any vendor who registers in violation of our policies, determined solely by the event management, will be unregistered and refunded 90% of their registration fee.
Vendor Registration: If your products are different from those listed on your website or you do not have a website, photographs of your products must be emailed to us after you register. A valid email address must be provided to register and will be used for all fair correspondence. All special requests must be listed when registering, e.g. preferred booth location, electricity, and adjacent booths. Booth assignments are emailed in the week before the fair. Cancellations prior to 3 weeks before the fair are refunded at 90%; no refunds or show credits are offered closer to the fair. Ours is not a juried event; however, the number of vendors selling in specific product categories may be limited.
Day of the fair: Our fair is held rain or shine. Doors open at 7 am for vendor setup and close promptly at 4 pm. We have some volunteers to help with setup/breakdown; we do not supply moving equipment. No early setup or cleanup is allowed. Trash must be removed from your space. Vendors not registered, not showing up without prior email, or violating any fair rules will be blocked from our future fairs.
You agree you will not hold the Rotary Club of Framingham or Keefe Technical High School responsible for damage or theft of any vendor's or participant's property or for any personal injury to vendors or participants.
Email all questions to FraminghamRotaryCraftFairs@gmail.com.
