Thanks so much to all who make our auction possible:
sponsors, bidders, donors, MC's, the Boy Scouts, and YOU !!!

Rotary is synonymous with community service. Local Rotary Clubs work tirelessly to support charities in their areas. In Framingham, the primary Rotary fundraising event is the annual Auction.  All of the Auction's net proceeds are donated to Metrowest charities. Awards are made to programs and services that directly benefit our most needy population.

The effort that goes into producing the Auction is immense. It involves more than 30 Rotarians, their families and friends, and others. Hundreds of businesses and individuals donate goods to be auctioned every year.

Organizations and programs we have supported include:

Rotary's Auction announcements reaches cable viewers throughout Framingham....

Thanks to volunteer services from Access Framingham TV, other local Access TV stations,  and the MetroWest Daily News, the Auction reaches people across the MetroWest region. Viewers have myriad opportunities to bid on quality products in a broad range of categories, from appliances to events tickets and travel. Every donated item is displayed at the web site

It's easy to contribute....
Contributing to the 2019 Auction is as easy as notifying a Rotarian
that you have an item to donate and informing him or her when
and where to collect it. Gift certificates are also accepted. You can provide
your own or ask your Rotarian to produce a form for your business.
Last year, Framingham Rotary advertised and sold more than 200 items.
We encourage donors to contribute products with a retail value of at
least $100. We find that the more desirable the item, the more spirited
the bidding and the greater the benefit to contributors and benefiting charities alike.
If donors need help in transporting large items, we will gladly oblige.

Corporate Sponsors....
We will run the auction from November 13, 2019 to December 11, 2019.
Each segment of our promotional announcements may be sponsored by a local
business or public corporation. The company logo and a short message
may be displayed during that time period. Club Sponsors
receive exposure through a yearlong listing on our club's web site,
on Facebook, and at our other fund raising events.  Those interested
in sponsoring the 2019 Auction should contact a Framingham Rotarian
promptly. Opportunities in this arena are limited and are sold on a
first come, first served basis. Cash contributions are tax deductible.
The Rotary Club will also accept cash donations.
This type of contribution helps limit overhead costs
and increases benefits to local charitable groups.
A large number of donors help us year after year. They recognize
and appreciate that participation gives their companies the
opportunity to exercise good business citizenship.

Winning Bidders - Item Pickup:
All auction items are available for pickup, Saturday, December 14 during the hours of 9:00 am until 1:00 pm.  Successful high bidders
of physical items should make preparation to pick these items up on the 9th.  Successful bidders for items that are gift cards or gift certifications may pick up those items during these time as well.  Those gift certificate or gift card items not picked up will be mailed to the successful high bidder.  For physical items not picked up, arrangements may be made with the successful high bidder to cover the shipping cost of those items, where needed.
