Framingham has taken environmental action by participating in;
>Eversource Geothermal Pilot Program, a clean heating and cooling project in a Framingham neighborhood.
>Community Aggregation project providing a stable and less expensive renewable energy for two years
>Climate Leader Community Program, which is close to completion, giving the City additional funding, resources, and tools that will benefit our community.
And, Framingham has been recognized as a 2025 Climate leader for our commitment to continue investing in energy-efficient technologies.
