The Rotary Club of Framingham is a service organization of local men and women from Ashland, Framingham, Holliston and Hopkinton, who want to better the community in which we live and/or work. As a club, we undertake a variety of community projects which range from building a new playground to clean-up of a town park to serving Thanksgiving dinner to those in need.

We also serve as a resource to other not-for-profit organizations, awarding financial grants that assist with their worthy causes and community service efforts. We have given over $300,000 to organizations such as the Visiting Nurses, the Pearl Street Food Pantry, the Boy Scouts, and the YMCA.

Additionally, the Rotary Club of Framingham created an education fund that each year presents with college scholarships in the amount of $4,500 to 10 high school graduates from Ashland, Framingham, Holliston, and Hopkinton.   Since establishing the fund, we have given over $1/2 million to college-bound students.

Framingham's Rotary Club is part of Rotary International, the world’s first service club, and as a member of this larger international organization, we help fund numerous projects in developing countries around the world. This includes efforts to provide medical supplies and ambulances, to develop drinkable water sources, to distribute school supplies and build schools, to promote peace and to eradicate diseases like polio.

Come experience why there are over 1.2 million Rotarians in 36,000 clubs in over 200 countries in the world. Framingham Rotary meets every Monday at 12:15 at the Plymouth Church Parish Hall in Framingham. We listen to guest speakers who inform on happenings in the community and enjoy a sense of camaraderie along with good conversation.  Please join us and learn more about how you can become involved.
