PURPOSE:  The purpose of this policy is to describe how the Good News process is used to raise funds for the Post High School Scholarship Grants program.

 

POLICY STATEMENT:  The intent of Good News is to help members learn more about each other through the sharing of important events in our lives. Guidelines for Good News are to be brief, language and content appropriate, and non-controversial. Politics, religion, and personal business gain are not appropriate).  If a member’s cell phone rings aloud during the meeting, the member is expected to make a $50 contribution to Good News.

 

Funds raised through Good News are dedicated to the Post High School Scholarship Fund and are administered and allocated through the Scholarship Committee.
