Marathon Monday
Go runners!

Hope you are enjoying this somewhat chilly
Patriots Day (good for the runners).
It was lovely to see everyone at our April 15
meeting - including a special visit
from Past President Annette Reynolds!

Thanks to our intrepid farm helpers who pitched in
with Waltham Community Farms on 4/11. Check out the Facebook post for the matching T-shirts and dirty hands.
If you missed that opportunity, we need you on 4/25 for the Charles River cleanup with Waltham Land Trust.
Join us 10am-noon.
Wear your Rotary T-shirt!
(if you don't have one yet, let Tammi know -
she can help you get properly outfitted!)

Next meeting on May 6, 2026
12:15pm at Gore Place
no meeting on April 29

Planning for the 100th Anniversary Gala is well underway and we need your energy and ideas.
Our next meeting is 4/28 at 4pm on zoom.
Reach out to get the zoom details.

Thank you!

You don't have to be on the committee to identify Gala sponsors! Please use the website information or ask a committee member to help with the ask. You can now get tickets on the website (or make a donation) - please share that information with friends, coworkers, family, and everyone!

  • RIVERBEAT planning is underway - June 20. Rotary will be a partner and host sidewalk chalk activities.
  • Sheepshearing at Gore Place is a fantastic day and fun for all on April 25, 10am-5pm rain or shine. You can clean up with WLT and visit Gore Place!
  • Upcoming Waltham Chamber events can be found on their Facebook page.
  • Waltham Family School Fiesta for Families is 4/30 at Tempo.
  • District 7910 Conference 5/15-17 on Marth's Vineyard - this is the annual meeting for the District and a celebration. Please consider attending! The Club needs active members and future (now!) officers. Consider learning about the roles and getting engaged with the District.
Many Rotarians have asked how they can help survivors working with REACH (and other local orgs). Lauren shared this opportunity to help a family start over. If you can help with any of these items, let Lauren know at lauren@reachma.org.
