Pat O'Brien from the Waltham Council on Aging updated the Club about all the activities happening all year long at the COA. Members were happy to deliver flowers last month to the Stanley Senior Center (and several senior living communities in town). It was fun to hear about all the trips, the newly felted pool tables, and some pretty exciting card games - among other things - going on at the Center.
With five Wednesday in July, we have two more opportunities to gather. On July 23, we will host our evening meeting at Craft Food Halls at 5:30pm. Come by for a bite and a visit to the beverage wall. On July 30, we all scream for ice cream at Pizzi Farm. Join us at 4:30pm for a sweet treat and some games. Family is invited!
Our August meetings will be on our regular schedule - first and third Wednesdays - on Aug 6 and Aug 20. See you for lunch!
