  • Emanuel Panos 
  • Cliff Taylor– Emanuel announced to the Club members that Cliff Taylor, our eldest member at 96 years old, has passed away. Bryan Welty stated that currently a Memorial Service is planned at Friendship Village on Saturday, January 19that 11 AM. Cliff was highly thought of and was considered a true gentleman and his friendly smile will be missed by everyone who knew him.

  • Rotarian of the Year – Dick announced that the Club’s 2018 Rotarian of the Year is Heather Dieckmann. The Club members gave Heather a standing ovation and thanked her for her accomplishments for Rotary; especially leading the Club to achieve Club of the Year during her year as president and her leadership with the successful Pittsburgh Thanksgiving Dinners initiative.

  • Friday, March 1st– Set-up – Bob Theakston; Hanging Banners – John Donahoe & Sam Provil; Installing Floor Protection – Jim Hinerman
  • Preparing Grills – George Pitcairn
  • Advertising the Event – TBD; Yard Signs – Emanuel Panos & Heather Dieckmann
  • Group Ticket Sales – Herm Dieckmann, Ray Kells & Jim Hinerman
  • Sponsorship Ads/Placemats – Emanuel Panos, Ray Kells, Jim Hinerman & Jim Bolas

PF60 TEAM TICKET SALES RULES:
  • All money to be turned in to the Club Treasurer – Ray Kells or his designee
  • Steak dinners go to 1st and 2nd place teams 
  • Special recognition awards will go to the top 5 salespeople in the Club
 
  • Sponsorship Ads – Herm requested that all members identify at least 2 sponsors above and beyond last year’s sponsors
  • Outside Group Ticket Sales – Consideration will be given to utilizing church youth organizations to help sell tickets allowing them to share in the proceeds for good works
  • Value of Groups Working at the Event – Consideration to be given to incentivizing groups who share in the event’s proceeds to volunteer personnel to work the event.
