Phil Burks graduated from LeTourneau University in 1974 with an Electrical Engineering Technology degree. Since then, he has worked in radio, TV, as a sales engineer for Motorola 2-way radios, owned a tower company, started The Genesis Group (29 years ago), created a high tech commercial real estate company called Corporate Green, been on many local boards (including founding board president for Tyler Innovation Pipeline) and has now started a new company- Phirst Technologies. LLC.  Today, Phil is going to tell about a revolutionary, lifesaving, patent pending concept, created here in Tyler, Texas.
