The City of Tyler's  Martin Luther King Jr. Parade will start at 9:30 a.m. at Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Church at 423 S Broadway Avenue, with Kim Lewis as the keynote speaker. 

 

Michael Hurley is very organized and excited about all things RYLA!  We will have some of the 2021 campers attend our meeting on January 24th, to share their experience from the virtual camp.  If you would like to cover the cost of the lunch meal for a camper or their parent, please do so when you pay for your own meal on the 24th. 

RYLA camp for 2022 is approaching quickly - February 11 - 13 - and we need a couple of volunteers with large SUVs to transport campers to the camp location which is just outside of Athens.  If you are able to deliver and pick up a group of campers, that would be ideal, but if you can only participate on one of the days, that will be VERY much appreciated!

Monday, February 14th, we are inviting you to bring your spouse, significant other, or anyone you choose, as your Valentine's lunch guest.  Please reply to this bulletin email if you plan to attend and bring a guest.  We will also pass around a sign-up sheet at the meeting so that Jim can plan the meal count.  We look forward to seeing you on the 14th!

Third Thirsty Thursday is coming up THIS WEEK -  January 20th, 5 p.m. at Dakota's Steak and Chop House on Old Bullard Road.  Stop in for some fellowship with your club members and enjoy some great appetizers and beverages.

Our next service opportunity is the East Texas Food Bank on February 10th at 5:30. We have 15 volunteers on the sign up sheet - we will pass it around again this week.  This 

 

Reed Franklin Spaghetti Supper is tentatively scheduled for April 21st.  President Elect Chris McLarry and PE Nominee Brandie Henderson will be leading the organization of this event with a goal of hosting our traditional on-site dinner and also bring back our community meal service from 2021.  Watch for details and get excited to join us for this great event!
