Ann Bush!!

We are thrilled to announce our guest speaker for this week's noon Rotary meeting: the renowned travel writer, Ann Bush!

Ann is a freelance writer who has dedicated her career to drawing attention to the natural beauty of our planet, amazing historic sites, and eco-tourism. A forever explorer, Ann has been traveling the world since 1974 for both business and personal reasons.

Born in Greenville, Texas, and raised in small West Texas towns, Ann's journey took her across the globe, yet she frequently returned to Texas. After earning her MBA in marketing from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, she dedicated 30 years to non-profit organizations like Preserve South Dakota, Easter Seals, Mercy Ships, and the Lighthouse for the Blind.

Since 2008, Ann has called Tyler, Texas, her home. She began writing for local magazines and newspapers, sharing her incredible travel stories. As a member of the Society of American Travel Writers, Ann's suitcase is always packed, ready to explore new places and tell her story. She focuses on supporting green and sustainable travel, highlighting eco-friendly destinations and businesses.

WAY TO SERVE!!

We had a busy few days providing service in the community! We began with smoke detector installations on Friday morning followed by several hours at the East Texas Food Bank on Saturday morning!
