Rich’s number one passion, most difficult and rewarding job has been raising three great children. James and Megan attend Iowa State University (GO CYCLONES!). James graduates in December with a Mechanical Engineering degree, and Megan is a 
sophomore in PreMed. Timothy is an 8th grader at Three Lakes Middle School. Rich has been married to Ruth for 27 years, and if you meet her, you will defiantly know he “married up.”
Aside from family, Rich works at A4 Media, an international company that helps grow and market businesses from small to large. He has been with the company for 23 years and six name changes.
In his spare time, Rich likes to run, cycle and all things aviation and, of course, follow his Iowa State Cyclones. He is a private pilot, though not active. He says, “If God had meant for me to fly, He would have given me more money”.
Rich has been a Rotarian since 1992, and if you were paying attention, he became a Rotarian the year he married. He has served in most positions with the exception of treasurer, and is a past-president of this club.
A favorite Davis family tradition revolves around Rotary. From delivering “Christmas” with other clubs, to putting together bikes in this club, Rich’s children have always been involved in Rotary events at Christmastime.
Rich is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of East Texas and is currently serving on the Allocations Committee for United Way.

Dickerson, STR Service Director, for organizing and leading our “adopt a park clean up” of Bergfeld Park on October 28. STR started cleaning Bergfeld Park on a quarterly basis almost two years ago. A large variety of STR members have taken the time to serve our community by cleaning the very popular Tyler park location, which also includes the Rotary splash pad.
