ROTARY RUBBISH ROUNDUP

Grab your spouses! Grab your kids! Grab your grabbers. It’s time for the Rotary Rubbish RoundUp! We have to be creative to safely serve our communities, so the Park Clean-Up now  looks a little different. We want you and your families to get involved! For the rest of the month of August, we encourage you to do a trash pick up! It can be whenever works best for you. It does not have to be at Bergfeld Park; it can be at any park, trail, or location that you think could use some cleaning up! Pick Up Trash, Earn Service Hours, Have Fun with your Family - it's that easy! Be sure to take pictures so that we can hashtag #RotaryRubbishRoundUp!
WHO: You and your family (or anyone you have been quarantining with)!
WHAT: Pick up trash and earn service project hours!
WHERE: In your favorite outdoor areas!
WHEN: Whenever is best for you! We hope you will join us in doing the Rotary Rubbish RoundUp sometime before September 1!
WHY: To benefit our communities and expose our families and friends to the Service Above Self modeled by Rotarians!
2020 GRANT APPLICATIONS DEADLINE
South Tyler Rotary is now accepting grant applications from the proceeds of our 2020 Reed Franklin “No Dinner” Spaghetti Dinner. A STR member must sponsor the grant application; please share the application and instructions with nonprofits where you serve or support: Instructions to complete application: CLICK HERE.
Deadline to submit: September 14, 2020. South Tyler Rotary will notify all applicants of grant status by October 15, 2020. Please contact John McDougald with any questions.
