First impressions matter—especially when someone is walking into a new place where they may not know a single person.

Think for a moment: How would you want to be welcomed?

When we have guests at our meetings, let’s go the extra mile:

• Invite them to sit at your table.

• Share a little information about how the meeting will be conducted.

• Answer any questions they may have about our Club and about Rotary.

• Introduce them to other members so they can begin building connections.

• Encourage them to consider joining our club.

• Collect their contact information and follow up within a few days—invite them back to our next meeting, social event, or service activity.

By making every guest feel genuinely valued and included, we not only grow our membership but also strengthen the welcoming spirit that makes South Tyler Rotary such a special place to serve. 💙💛
