City of Tyler Seedling Day - Members of South Tyler, Tyler Sunrise and Tyler Rotary attended the City of Tyler seedling giveaway last Saturday at Lowe’s. We greeted all of the participants and shared Rotary with them. The city gave away 4500 seedlings. South Tyler Rotary members helping at the event are Lynn Holliman, Diane Kavanaugh and Councilman Bob Westbrook.
RYLA - Thanks again to those who conducted the RYLA interviews last fall. All of our primary students attended the program. Thanks, also, to our drivers who safely transported the students to and from the camp.
Dues - If you haven’t done so already, please pay your $150.00 dues to Tom Seale. We accept cash, check or charge.
SPAGHETTI SUPPER - APRIL 26TH 2018
It’s that time of year where South Tyler Rotarians are asked to sell sponsorships for our Reed Franklin Spaghetti Supper on April 26th. It takes each member selling (or purchasing) $300.00 minimum in sponsorships to reach our financial goals. See President Elect Amanda Folmar to get tickets and details.
Volunteers also needed for the spaghetti supper. Mark your calendars now to help that day. More details about volunteering coming up at future meetings.

South Tyler Rotary, Tyler Sunrise and Tyler Rotary teamed up with the City of Tyler for this year's Arbor Day Events. Rotary members from all three clubs participated at the Arbor Day and tree planting on January 27th at UT Tyler where over 100 trees were planted on the campus. On February 11th Rotarians helped give away 4500 seedlings to Tyler and Smith County Residents. And, the city invites Rotary members to help at an additional tree planting day on February 24th at the Tyler Pounds Regional Airport. .jpg)
