HARLEY HOOPER Harley’s & Bridgette’s Harley Hooper has owned and operated The Suit Club, Inc. and its predecessor, Harley’s Menswear, since 1979. The business has since grown into one of the distinguished and well-known menswear stores in the East Texas area. Harley’s carries top-of-the-line menswear brands and also offers tuxedo sales and rentals. The business outgrew its rental space and relocated in 2006 to a newer, more upscale facility just two blocks away, which not only ensured retention of existing customers, but resulted in a vast improvement in customer exposure and convenience. Harley’s wife Bridgette has owned and operated her ladies’ ready to wear boutique since August of 1992, and has 23 years of experience in the women’s retail clothing industry in Tyler. Relocating both stores to the same building allowed some consolidation of overhead in accounting and administrative functions, and in the process created a “destination” retail center for men, women, and children of all ages. |

Join South Tyler Rotary for our "No Dinner Spaghetti Dinner" As you all are aware, our annual Reed Franklin Spaghetti Supper scheduled for April 30th is not happening. However, South Tyler Rotary is still committed to raising funds for use in our annual grant distribution later in 2020. In order to raise these funds, we are turning our event into a "No Dinner Spaghetti Dinner". How does this work? Instead of asking each of you to solicit donations from the community AND spending your time cooking, serving and cleaning up at the event, we are asking each member to make a personal donation to the South Tyler Rotary Foundation. If each of our 100+ members would donate $150, we could raise $15,000 to supplement amounts already received. For each person who donates any amount, your name will go in a drawing for 100 Paul Harris Fellow points. For each person who donates over $150.00, your name will go in a drawing 3 times for both the 100 Paul Harris Fellow points, along with a Rotary Themed Gift. Team incentives still in play for team raising most funds and teams with 100% participation. Please mail donations to South Tyler Rotary Foundation, PO Box 7153, Tyler TX 75711 or you can make an online donation on Diane's Facebook Fundraiser at https://www.facebook.com/donate/639994920114822/ |
