Introducing the Quitman Rotary Club's 2018 Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) selections, Dalton Brandon and Halee Hightower. Both are Juniors at Quitman High School. They will be attending RYLA Camp in Athens, TX on February 23-25.
