Events

This is a new Toastmasters Club that is forming.  Several meetings (and presentations) have already been held.

Come join the fun (yes, even at 7am in the morning!).

Meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.

You NEED to register for EACH event you volunteer for.

MoW deliveries for Quitman and Holiday Villages

NOTE:  this is LATER than normal due to Christmas and on a Wednesday rather than Thursday!

Truck arrives ~8am

Packing starts at 8:30-9:00am

Distribution from 10-11:30 (or when food runs out)

11:30 am or when food runs out, time to clean up the area of edible food (to Local Food Pantrys:  Rosehill and Kindness Kottage); non-edible food goes to farmers with animals to feed, trash is put in garbage cans near the stadium, pallets/boxes are stored by stadium and final tally paperwork is sent in to ETFB on families served.

For this donor drive, a quilted tote bag will be given.  In addition, a green St. Patrick's Day shirt will be given away.
