The Rotary Club of Mount Vernon has utilized ClubRunner for our web presence for several years. Considering we have six new members this year, it seems a good time to revisit using ClubRunner and introducing some of the options that can benefit all of us.

I encourage you to check out both the ClubRunner phone app and the web version, this is a very useful tool and a great way to keep up with our Rotary club. Please do keep in mind that some features are not available when/if you use the Chrome browser on a Windows PC, suggested browser for Windows is MS Edge.

Did you know...

You can download the Clubrunner App from the Apple App Store or Google Play which allows you to:

Find member phone numbers, email addresses, etc.
Find information and stories related to our club
Find upcoming scheduled event information
Find District information and stories

You can log into ClubRunner by visiting https://portal.clubrunner.ca/3619/ and selecting Member Area at the top right of the window to login. Unless you have logged in and changed your username in the past, your usename will be firstname.lastname.3619. If you don't remember your password, select the forgot password option to reset your password. If you have any issues logging in, please contact Nathan Reves or Diana Duckworth to have your password and/or username reset. Once logged in you should can edit your profile (select the Edit Profile button) to:

Update your picture (please do add a current picture)
Verify your information
Set your privacy (you have control over what information is viewed by club members as well as the district and national organizations
See your role and commitments that have been entered by you or a club executive or committee chair

In addition to managing your information, you can view past and present club stories, photos, commitments, events, etc. I encourage you to log in today and check out the website and the links available. I also encourage you to let us know if you have suggestions or recommendations either about our club website, https://portal.clubrunner.ca/3619/, or ClubRunner.

Security and Integrity of Your Data

ClubRunner secures all your private information using the latest security technologies. Hosted in a world class data centre with redundant power, Internet backbones and 24/7 security and monitoring, you can rest assured that your club data is safe and protected. Your members' contact information is secured behind unique logins and passwords. Access to information is also restricted, for example, a member can only view the list of members, but can modify his or her own personal information.

Data on the server is protected by TCP/IP filtering, firewall and anti-virus software that protect against any unauthorized intrusion. Backups of data are made daily and stored off-site.
