As we manage the current COVID climate I hope everyone is staying safe. As many of you know, the BU basketball games have been cancelled. These games will eventually be rescheduled and Tom and Brian will be looking for volunteers. I wanted to take a minute to thank everyone for stepping forward to cover shifts at a moments notice.
WOW! the super bowl pool! What a fast, fun fundraiser! Our club sold 100 tickets in record time, (less than a week!) What a great way for our club to make money to give back to the community.
I want to thank Betty, Dave and Tom for their informed presentation regarding the Endicott Rotary Foundation. I believe it cleared up questions the club had, as well as the transparency of decisions moving forward.
In March, Endicott Rotary will celebrate 100 years of service. The celebration committee has planning in its final stages. The event is scheduled for 3/31 and more information is below. All local Rotarians will be invited as well as leaders of our local community. The keynote speaker will be M. Stanley Whittingham, Nobel Laurette, Binghamton University.
Finally, Please stop and look at the window of the the Endicott History Museum where 100 years of Endicott Rotary is being displayed.
