DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Annual Soapbox Race of Fun will officially run from 10
 :00 AM until around 1:30 PM.  The Riverbend East Club will provide covera
 ge for two crosswalks across the race route starting around 9:30 AM\, one 
 near the finish line on Berkshire Blvd. and one at Berkshire & Wood River 
 Ave.  Both require two people at crossing to control pedestrian traffic d
 uring the races for a minimum of 4 individuals for each two hour time slot
 . Scholarship students are encouraged to help.
