Inspiration:
Train your mind to see the good in everything.  Positivity is a choice.  The happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts.  Deepak Chopra once said, Every single problem that you have in your life is the seed of an opportunity for some greater benefit.  Stay alert to opportunities by being grounded in the wisdom of uncertainty!  When your preparedness meets opportunity, the solution will spontaneously appear!

President's Message: Michael Caslin
My fellow Rotarians,

On this date in 1889, the Eiffel Tower is dedicated in Paris in a ceremony presided over by Gustave Eiffel, the tower's designer.  Locally nicknamed "La dame de fer" (French for "Iron Lady"), it was constructed as the entrance to the 1889 World's Fair and has become one of the most recognizable structures in the world. Gustave faced enormous criticism along the way in building the world’s tallest structure at the time from Parisians who called the Eiffel Tower “an utterly useless monument”.  We all face criticism along the way in constructing our great structures in life and we can look to Gustave for inspiration.  In Rotary, we leave an imprint of community works and service that like the Eiffel Tower will endure.
