Sahar Ghavimi, local artist who immigrated here 2 years ago from Iran. Mediums include painting, drawing, wood, clay, tile, vitray, jewelry. Growing up, art was a way to escape the harsh realities of the Iranian way of life. Sahar fell in love with the colors and styles of the Persian culture. She is hoping to open a gallery in Lancaster soon.
