Treasurer’s Report
Leslie S presented Income/Expense report showing 6-months, YTD, Restricted funds and a income and expense comparison chart. We need to set dues for 2019-20. Jim F moved to accept. Andrea seconded. Board passed.
Membership Report
We have Mike Caslin from Edward Jones that will be joining our club. However we need to put his name in the bulletin for any membership objections or questions.
Public Relations
Leslie sent Paul Harris Awards pic/write-up to be published in paper.
Foundation Report
Jim H reported we will send Foundation money mid-June. Need to schedule date in June with Joan's family for presentation of Paul Harris award.

Discussion Items
May 2nd Monty Broc will celebrating "35 years" in the making. Leslie and President Maila will have something special planned that morning.
District Local Grant Project Deb - Sign-up sheet will go around for a headcount, guests coming, etc.
Bylaws - minutes completed; Electronic meetings count? No more than 1 per quarter. Once updated electronic meetings determined we can update the attendance makeup document to go along with bylaws.
Food Dollars- need to re-schedule speaker date with Joan @ Fitchburg Senior Center and presentation of $250 check?
Interact Update - 2/6 presentation at Monty Tech with Interact students for Hat, Mitten, Glove drive @ 2:45. School board was decorated in main entrance of Monty Tech by Maddy, Nikki, and students. Interact pins given out on 2/12.
RYLA interviews were completed on 2/11.
Visioning Teams - Once-a-month updates from the Opportunities, Youth and Community Teams at club forum. Community team will focus on membership especially Trivia night?
Chamber Youth program - May 23rd @ Oak Hill CC. Need to discuss cost, who will be attending, what Rotary groups involved, etc.
The October 4th date has been booked at WCC for the 2019 Comedy Show. Need to focus on Sponsorship and Ads now. Andrea, Roger and Ellen are the Chairs.
