Inspiration:
Train your mind to see the good in everything.  Positivity is a choice.  The happiness of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts.  William Shakespeare once said, A friend is one that knows you as you are, understands where you have been, accepts what you have become, and still, gently allows you to grow.

President's Message: Michael Caslin
My fellow Rotarians,

On this date in 1789, Fletcher Christian leads a mutiny on the Bounty against its captain William Bligh in the South Pacific.  So, what are the lessons that we learned about leadership from that day?  According to Simon Sinek, great leaders have 3 top qualities.  Great leaders are selfless because people like to be around people that they trust.  Leaders are empathetic, because the more we do good for each other, the more we want to do good for others.  Lastly, leaders have grace under fire.  Leaders work on managing their own stress and the rest of the team will appreciate it.  At Rotary, we have many great leaders to guide us through service projects and eradicating diseases like polio.

Michael
