Takasago International Corporation (USA) holds food drive to help the Rotary Military Family Assistance Center

Sean Traynor, President of Takasago International Corp. (USA), was a guest at a meeting of the Northern Valley Rotary Club a couple of weeks ago in which he learned about a new program that Rotary Clubs of District 7490 had initiated to open a regional food pantry to support the families of active duty reservists and military members, veterans with a medical discharge and the families of military personnel that lost their lives during active service. In response to the need in the community after the Teaneck Armory pantry closed, Sean pledged that his company would step up and help out. Sean's Executive Assistant, Michelle Stangl, coordinated a company food drive that resulted in 14 boxes of food and monetary contributions totalling almost $500!

The Northern Valley Rotary Club thanks Sean, Michelle and everyone at Takasago International Corporation (USA) for being a great business partner in the community!
