Congratulations to our own Rotarian Robert Moore

At their December 14 meeting, the Board of Directors of Network Knowledge (WSEC-WQEC-WMEC) presented
their Special Community Service and Programming Recognition Award to Robert Moore, Retired US Marshall “for tireless work in search of justice and creating community connections.” The award recognized Bob's introduction of the video on the “Ten Rules for Dealing with Police” to the Network Knowledge viewing area and promoting its use.

Bob had been invited to speak to Network Knowledge Board members from across the viewing area at the meeting, but the presentation of the award plaque was a surprise. In a note to our Club President Karen Schainker, Bob thanked the numerous Rotarians who took part in producing the community segment of the video, those who served as panelists, and those who attended numerous presentations at different venues. He graciously commented that he “accepted the award on behalf of all of Rotarians".
