Justin and Dulce settling in at John's home

It is 8:00AM and I am on my way to do inspections. Dulce is making breakfast for Justin and herself.

I returned by 11:00.  Arlene was with Dulce and Justin checking to see what size clothes they wear. For your information we do not want to buy new heavy clothing, as they have no use for it in Honduras.  Justin is doing what a small child should do - eating and sleeping. Mom said Justin is sleeping better here because of the cooler weather.  My neighbor Tom O' stopped by to check on mom and the baby. Madeline also came to visit and had a gift for the baby and to meet mom.

School time - teaching Dulce how to wash and dry clothes.  Right now she is on the patio that Jerry Del Tufo, Bob Poli and Tom O' built for Lucy and me. Dulce has this large galvanized can and this new scrubbing board doing one sock at a time, I figure 10 pieces of laundry and approximately six hours of work.  But wait a minute. That's the way she does it at home. It took her 10 minutes to learn how to use the washer and dryer.   My daughter Deb came by to meet Justin and Dulce and she made dinner for the four of us. Alvin and Linda visited again to say hello and brought a couple warm jackets for Dulce and Justin. As I finish this writing Dulce's Cousin, his wife, and son from Cliffside Park is leaving after a nice visit. A note of caution before you travel - always double check the address destination. Example: we are sitting downstairs and the telephone rings. Dulce's cousin is on the phone; he asks, "Is this John?"  I replied, "Yes." He then said, "This is Erwin, Dulce's cousin and I am outside your house." So I open the garage door, walk out to the end of the driveway, looking for his car or someone walking. I see no sign of any cars or person. I walk back into the house and tell Dulce there is no one outside the house. At that moment the phone rings and Ed said to me "Where are you?"  I asked, "Where are you?" figuring he might have missed the block.  He said, "I am at 140 Dean St in Glen Rock."  I asked, "Is that where you live?" He replied, "No, I live in Cliffside Park." I asked, "So, what are you doing in Glen Rock?  Justin and Dulce are with me at 77 Clinton Place, East Rutherford."  Boy was he mad. What had happened was that a letter was sent by Andy Top telling Dulce this is where she will be staying - a change of locations; but no change was sent to Dulce. She assumed by the letter she was at 140 Dean Street in Glen Rock. Anyhow, the cousin arrived a half hour later.

For your information, Dulce's husband lives in Honduras.  His father and ten year old son have Diabetes They also have a seven month daughter.

Call tomorrow morning or after 4PM. We will be at the hospital around 1PM.
