Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intensive leadership experience organized by Rotary clubs and districts where you develop your skills as a leader while having fun and making connections.  RYLA is a conference that focuses on cultivating leadership potential, team building, professional development, and community service ethics while having fun and making connections. Program experiences include involvement in group discussions on ethical and social issues of today, mental challenges, exposure to guest speakers, and access to career guidance.

RYLA 2021 will be an on-line Virtual Event from Friday, June 25th – Saturday, June 26th

The Fair Lawn Rotary Club will be sponsoring up to four (4) Fair Lawn High School Junior students (under the age of 18 at the time of the program) to be chosen through an interview process as delegates to attend.

Be sure to copy your guidance counselor on the email to Mr. Herrmann.
