Faith Foundation,  which was operating out of a storefront in Hackensack took in people no one else wanted. Their clients were the homeless, mentally ill patients without medication, alcoholics and drug addicts.

Robin Reilly and  her  volunteer staff  has tried to find food, housing, transportation, medication and mental health programs for these people in need for over a decade.

The organization was ordered to close down by the city  of Hackensack  and a new modern shelter was built on River Road near the Jailhouse and  Robin Reilly hoped that the people in need would finally find a place in the new Shelter and that her job would be done.

Soon after she has found out that the shelter has strict rules most mentally ill without any track of time or other strange behaviours are not following these conditions set by the shelter and again more and more are out there sleeping under bridges and behind buildings, still homless.

During these summer  months the homeless are in desperate need of water and other basic items like clean shirts etc. and this is why our Rotary club has committed to help out each year and once again our club is proud to present Robin with a donation so she can con tinue with her work out on the streets reaching out for people in our area.

Basic items and doantions are welcome.
