Fund raising Project - Coordinator required. We need a coordinator to run the 2017 Melbourne Cup Trifecta Ticket sales between August and end of October. The Cup is run on Tuesday 7th November. The Club needs to purchase one set of 2024 tickets, ready to fold and staple ready for sale, as soon as possible. The logistics of setting up and selling is not a difficult task, considering that we sold twice this amount last year without too much hassle. (Only trouble with twice as many was that we tended to be in the public's face quite frequently, and for a long time leading up to the Cup date.) I would gladly run it again, but I have too many other things to be going on with this year! I am happy to pass on all the information I have on file to ensure the logistics run as smooth as possible with a minimum of stress on the coordinator or enlisted volunteers. I have attached the current Information sheet from the Rotary Club of Crows Nest in Sydney, and an order form, so if you want to, you can get a head start with ordering. They will send you an invoice for your order, but at least you will be off the mark! The main focus should be on seeing them all sold well before the Cup date. |
