The "Mega's BBQ" is a BBQ provided during the Port Lincoln Blue Water Classic and subsequent Lincoln Yacht race week, usually on the beach at Fisherman's Point Spalding Cove after a morning race on Wednesday of this event in February. This event is a great opportunity to provide a service to the sailing community, many of whom visit from out of town, whilst also providing an avenue to raise some funds for the Rotary Club.

 

Port Lincoln Blue Water Classic starts in Adelaide on Friday 21 February 2014, with boats due in the Port Lincoln from the early hours of Saturday 22nd February.

Port Lincoln Sailing Regatta Week is from Monday 24th February 2014 through til Thursday 27th February.

Mega's BBQ is therefore expected to be run on Wednesday 26th February 2014.
