Program: Leslie Moffett from the Jason Clemens Salon was introduced by PE Patti. Leslie spoke of the goal to change the perception. Women can make a living in hair dressing. They run a positive business model using a program they call "Rising Stars." It is an Intern model with a focus on Paul Mitchell products and networking across the country. They teach. They have weekly staff POW-WOWS for celebrations. Community support is modeled and expected. They hope to have another salon open in Olean. Great and informative program, ending with a gift of an Olean Rotary mug.
