2nd Annual Rotary Golf Scramble this Saturday!
Please come join the members of the Rotary Club of Delphi for the 2nd Annual Rotary Golf Scramble this Saturday, July 28th, at the Carroll County Country Club. Lunch will be provided at noon along with registration. Shotgun start will be at 1:00 PM. There will be contests on various holes for both men and women, with prizes awarded afterwards. The net proceeds are applied to a wide variety of beneficial chartiable efforts of the Rotary Club of Delphi including our scholarship program for local area students.

Fees
Player: $45 (includes cart and lunch)
Foursome: $180
Hole Sponsor $50
Mulligans: $5
Charitable Donations to the Rotary Club of Delphi also accepted.

Please Note: If you do not have a team to play on or clubs to play with, you can come as an individual golfer and you will be provided clubs and added to a team who is short a golfer.
PLEASE MAKE CHECK PAYABLE TO “ROTARY CLUB OF DELPHI” AND FORWARD THE CHECK WITH THIS FORM TO: Nicholas C. McLeland, P.O. Box 11, 120 Main Street, Delphi, IN 46923. Or fax the Registration Form to 765-564-6113 and pay the entry fee the day of the Tournament. All Entries are due by Friday, July 27th, 2012. Same day registration may not be avialable depending on the number of golfers.
