Kelsee Jordan Lee leads the creation and management of programs at the City of Cibolo supporting business recruitment, retention, and expansion and promoting the local Cibolo business community. She was involved in major accomplishments such as the development of the City's first high-end mixed-use property, Cibolo Crossing, the recruitment of Japanese transmission manufacturer, Aisin/AW Texas, and the establishment of a Public Facility Corporation to provide workforce housing. She also previously worked for the City of San Marcos and for the Free Trade Alliance San Antonio.

Kelsee Jordan Lee received her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word, both with a concentration in International Business and spent a year as an exchange student in Kumamoto, Japan, to study Japanese language and economics. She is also a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) from the International Economic Development Council and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute.

Always staying active in the community, Kelsee Jordan Lee has been a mentor through Women Leading Government, and a member of the Byron P. Steele II High School Career & Technical Education Advisory Committee, the Chamber (Schertz-Cibolo- Selma Area) hYPer young professionals committee, Women in Transportation Seminar, and Alamo Young Government Leaders.
