President Nate Dunham called the meeting to order. Amanda Walls led the invocation, pledge, and Four-Way Test. Richard Widick assisted with the introduction of guests. Our guests were Julie Nash & Rod James (Rick Maxey), Edmond & Harry (Scott Katz) and Ed Lunz (Fred Oeters). Jim Russell helped with Happy Dollars. Michelle Lewis was excited about the Lightning sweep of the Panthers. Kristen Hathcock was happy about graduation for the east area community school. Tammi Crotteau was happy about a good fundraiser. Martha Lou was excited about her good trip and wedding anniversary. Larry Becker passed along congratulations to Shawn McDonough for winning a  model home. Brock Self offered more congratulations to Shawn. Jim Russell was happy that his daughter Stephanie recently had a change in schedule so she can start attending meetings again.
 
 
Mike Loudon led the group in the signing of “Hey Look Me Over.” Carol Wallace, who also celebrated a birthday last week, presented Blue Badges to our new Stars Graduates.
 
 
Rick Maxey introduced our speaker, Jim Nash, Veterinarian, who spoke on “Pets: The Seriousness of Companionship.” Jim spoke about the increasing importance of pet ownership and the work of the Human-Animal Bond Research Institute.
