Simsbury Granby Rotary Club 2017 Scholarship Winners

 

 

On June 8, 2017 the Simsbury Granby Rotary awarded $23,000 in academic scholarships to Simsbury and Granby students.  Four-$4,000 Rotary Scholarships were awarded and one-$7,000 Ed Dodge Scholarship was awarded.  Sarah Drapeau of Simsbury won the Ed Dodge Award and will be attending Clark University.  The Rotary Scholarship winners from Simsbury were Katrina Cirilli attending UConn and Allison Mancarella attending Bowling Green State University.  The Rotary Scholarship winners from Granby were Rachel Abrahamson attending Manhattanville College and Julia Moody attending UConn.  Congratulations to these amazing students.  Thanks to our members for working to make this possible and to our community support.  The club will also be awarding two-$4,000 Elmer Vincent Scholarships and one-$3,000 Vocational Scholarship in 2017.
