"LA GRANDE GUERRA HA ucciso ... ANCHE La Belle Epoque! ! ! "
Evening with Women
With the ritual bell our president Flaim opened the meeting by 6:10:15. This evening had the musical history as the theme and was designed by our friend Mario Castiglioni well organized. Our president welcomed all members with the honored wives, the Rotarian guests Daniele Rubboli, Pepi Wieser, Rosetta del Bo and the honored guests: soprano Brigitte Canin, baritone Ivo Rizzi and friend Giacomo Fornari, former Rotarians of our RC.
The President first explained the high-caliber professional and Rotary Vitae Daniele Rubboli (RC Milano, before he was a founder of the RC Ferrara), director and known Musicologist; there were four "Paul Harris Fellow" bestowed on him in his Rotary career.
He devotes his life to the culture, and now our province, he lives for some time in fact Niederdorf.
Friend Rubboli thanked our President and discussed the same topic of the evening: the "Belle Epoque" and its relevance in the time that the beginning of the big bourgeoisie featured.
Our president recalled the positive outcome of the meeting of the Inter 1:10:15 in Merano, which the three South Tyrolean RC with the governor of the district in 2060, Dr. Giuliano Cecovini met, have. Just as the private conversations that Dr. Cecovini out with our Board, is also the Evening, which was organized by the RC Meran, well over (see handout from 05:10:15). At this context is once again reminded of the words of our governors and although he invited the Board one of our RC to seek women members. So if the proposals for members have female members, you are asked to inform the secretary.
The Governor has also praised the partnership with the RC Grand Junction, and has indicated that he will be via video conference at the official dinner here. This event is just by the Executive Board organized and the details will be communicated as soon as possible. During the Rotary World Congress 2016 in Seoul, we have the opportunity to meet our friends from the RC Grand Junction personally; Those interested in participating in the Congress (South Korea 05/28/16 to 06/01/16) (reserved for Members) is kindly requested to contact the Secretary.
The President has the friends celebrating her birthday in the course of October, Happy wanted: 9.Valdemarin Mario - 17.Walter Anton - 20.Cipparrone Andrea -31.von Grebmer Haymo.
After dinner, the president has the theme of the meeting, the "Belle Epoque", explained. Of the Evening was organized by the commendable cooperation of our friend Mario Castiglioni. There were the soprano Brigitte Canin (2014 with the Music Prize RC Brixen awarded) and the baritone Ivo Rizzi on. With cultural explanations Daniele Rubboli led skillfully through the evening; the whole accompanied Mario Castiglioni at the piano.
The title of the meeting "La grande guerra ha ucciso ... anche la Belle Epoque", means that the three of us Things from the "Belle Epoque", a short historical period, which wiped out from the First World War was, have been preserved: the poetry, painting, music and in particular the "Romanza da Salotto italiana ", musical style of" Belle Epoque ".
Has with the projection of images of images of important writers of the era (z. B. Boldrini) Friend Rubboli tells about some of the characteristics and personalities of the "Belle Epoque", such as Francesco Paolo Tosti, master of "Romanza italiana" and Guido Gozzano, master of decadence. Friend Rubboli has some verses from the famous poem "Signora Felicita" carried forward. With Elan us Rubboli even a small taste of a few verses of the famous Gabriele and Lorenzo Secchetti D'Annunzio added.

Mario Castiglioni has read the curriculum of the two singers.
The soprano Brigitte Canins voted arias "Romanza italiana" that a treat for the ears were and will remain memorable. Baritone Ivo Rizzi also was the hall with its strong Delight voice and got big applause.
At the end of the very successful evening, really a great success to our president thanked the Musicologist Daniele Rubboli, the soprano Brigitte Canin, the baritone Ivo Rizzi and the deus ex machina of the evening, Mario Castiglioni, by giving them a print of Brixen and Brigitte Canins a bouquet presented.
In the appendix we will send some pictures of the meeting and the romances that sang during the evening were.
The evening draws to a close and our President reminded all members that on Tuesday, 10/13/15 a Plaudermeeting will take place.
