One Meeting Two Options:
We are proud to announce that the Rotary Club of Grand Junction is offering two options for our meetings beginning Wednesday, June 10th.  Members now have the choice of attending the meeting either remotely via Zoom or in-person at Warehouse 25 Sixty-Five.

In Person Option:
With Mesa County slowly opening up, we want to start meeting as a group at Warehouse 25 Sixty-Five.  However, there is still a risk, so we wanted to ensure that we were doing it safely and responsibly.  For that reason, we have been meeting with the Warehouse.  In many ways, Butch, Terri and Noel at the restaurant have taken it upon themselves to institute many safety precautions that surpasses Mesa County's health restrictions.  Also, we have determined a number of precautions we can take as Rotarians.

Precautions that the Warehouse 25Sixty-Five has taken:
  • Enter through separate entrance (it will be marked), so we will not have to go through the main dining area
  • There will be no buffet line
  • Lunch will be plated and served at your table
  • Drinks will also be served at your table
  • Tables will be spaced out more (With buffet line gone and the entrance table moved, there still will be room for up to 75 people)
  • If there is overflow, they can open up the balcony upstairs which has a speaker system so you will be able to hear the speaker
  • There are hand sanitizers dispenser strategically located around the building
Precautions We as Rotarians Need to Take:
  • Remember to social distance
  • Practice physical distancing (keep at least 6-feet away from others)
  • Wear cloth face covering over nose + mouth where physical distancing is not possible
  • Do not shake hands or engage in unnecessary physical contact with others
  • Wash hands often
  • Stay home when sick
Please RSVP if you plan to attend the meeting in-person.  Email Gwen DeCino gdecino@bresnan.net so we can get a good count of in-person attendees.

Remote Option:
However, we know not everyone will be comfortable meeting as a group yet.  This is totally understandable, especially if you are in a high risk group.  For this reason, we have set up the option for you to Zoom into the meeting from the safety of your home or office.  The intent is that you will be able to fully participate whether you are at the meeting in-person or on a remote link.

For members choosing this option should watch for a Zoom meeting invitation and follow-up reminder.

See you Wednesday, either in person at the Warehouse or remotely via the Zoom link!
