Bio: Chris Higgins, the Engagement Center Director of Operations at the Grand Junction and Colorado Springs engagement centers.  Chris started his call career as an agent in Decatur, Illinois working with AT&T. His responsibility increased throughout his nine-year career running operations for Grand Junction, Colorado Springs and Enid, Oklahoma.  Chris also has experience with other business process outsourcing companies running major operations for Sony, ViaSat and 24-Hour Fitness.  He has been happily married for 25 years and is proud father of three daughters, two currently in college and one in middle school.
