We are pleased to welcome our District Governor Chris Peterson who will be the Program for this week's meeting.  (Out of tradition and respect, please stand as a special welcome as he is introduced by our Assistant District Governor - and club member - Jane Hammoud.)

Thanks to all Rotary Prime and "Classic" members for the successful Flight Lite roll-out at COPPeR.  Special thanks to Andy Vick!

We are excited to announce the imminent arrival of the Italian Rotarians who will be visiting our club this week.  The International Committee has arranged for a great series of special events for them.  This is the first half of the "exchange" whereby a similar contingent from our club will visit them in Italy later this year.

My congratulations to Donna Dell'Olio and her committee on the success of our Global Grant for the water project.  What a special accomplishment.

And Now -  a couple of operational matters....

1)  To all who will be requesting funding from our Community Service Fund  over the next year for projects - Please do your best to estimate both the amount and timing of your requests and send that information to our CSF chair Kent Palmer.  This will help him with regard to managing both budgeting and scheduling.

2)   We are looking for a volunteer to be one of two representatives from our Club on the Board of PPARE (Pikes Peak Area Rotary Endowment).  Please see Laurel McLeod.
