One of the long-standing traditions of our club is supporting the El Paso County Mock Trial Competition with volunteer judges.  High school students have been training for the event since September.  Many thanks to all of our Rotarians who have volunteered their time this Friday and Saturday -- we have a good number of volunteers.

 

News from the district that they will match your donation to Polio Plus with a district-wide cap of $100,000 in total donations.  So, all of this counts towards your quest towards your first or follow-on Paul Harris Fellowship.  Here's how it works -- your donation to Polio plus - our club matches -- district matches your donation -- total donation to Polio Plus then is matched two for one by the Gates Foundation.  To ensure you receive 2016 tax credit, the best option is to make your donation on line at www.rotary.org -- log into My Rotary and select Give.  Make your choice Polio Plus and your donation can multiply to do a lot of good in the world.
