Membership Application Forms
The Rotary Club of Colorado Springs offers several Membership Options. For new members to Rotary, there is a one-time administrative fee of $100.00 payable when an application is submitted. The fee will be refunded if the applicant is not approved by the Board of Directors.  
All members are encouraged but not required to make donations to the Community Service Fund and Rotary Foundation.
Quarterly Invoices for all members will be dated the first day of July, October, January, and April of each year. As a new member, you will receive a prorated charge for the quarterly dues and any applicable meal expenses on the initial invoice. Invoices are due upon receipt.
 
Friday Meeting Membership Options
 
  • Traditional Membership: $150/quarter and 12 or 6 lunches pre-paid at $30/lunch
  • Prime Membership: (Under 40 years old) $150/quarter and 2 lunches pre-paid at $30/lunch
  • Corporate Membership: $150/quarter and 12 or 6 lunches pre-paid at $30/lunch paid by your company or organization
  • Family Membership: $150/quarter/family member and 12 or 6 lunches pre-paid at $30/lunch (if more than one adult in a single household is a member of the Rotary Club, then one member would be billed and pay for 12 or 6 meals quarterly, and the other member would pay at the door. If only one of the club members in the household attends any given meeting, they may eat the pre-paid meal, regardless of to which of them it was originally billed.)
Impact Club Membership: $150/quarter – The Impact Club will meet at the Black Bear Diner (or other locations determined ahead of time by members) twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday from 7:30-8:30 am, and focus on service projects for other meeting opportunities. They are welcome to attend Friday lunches but are required to RSVP on time and pay at the door. (*Black Bear Diner does ask that each member individually orders what they want, this will not be pre-paid or have a buffet.)
 
Additionally, any club member who has paid for their meals in advance, but is unable to attend a lunch meeting, may send anyone else as their “clone” to attend the Rotary meeting and enjoy the meal in the member’s place.
