   We are asking members and guests to RSVP so that we can let the venue k
 now how many will be attending.  This is part of our contract.  The meet
 ing cost is $30 which you can pay at the door or use the link on our webs
 ite.  If you are invoiced for meeting dues\, then you don't pay at the do
 or.  Also if you have prepaid all the meals of the quarter\, you don't h
 ave to rsvp for yourself but if you are bringing a guest\, rsvp for the gu
 est.  Also make sure to let me know via a separate email or phone call if
  your guest needs a special meal. Please RSVP by Monday by 5 pm!!   End
