 ”)\, it’s time to go see the project and enjoy lunch! Join your fellow
  Rotarians on Saturday\, October 17th\, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM for an e
 xclusive 30 minute guided tour by Thomas Pantoja of one of Colorado Spring
 s’ most vibrant public art achievements: the Sam Dunlap Wall of Inspirat
 ion. Afterward\, we will gather nearby for a social lunch at a new neighbo
 rhood spot by Memorial Park\, Perriteaux’s Cajun Restaurant. Event Detai

 restaurant lot at Perriteaux's.  Phase 1: The Tour (11:00 AM – 11:45 AM)
  We’ll start our morning at the Sam Dunlap Wall of Inspiration (Sam Dunl
 ap Wall of Inspiration | Concretecouch). This community-built mosaic honor
 s the legacy of Sam Dunlap—a trailblazing local advocate who dedicated h
 is life to mentoring youth and championing civic leadership in Colorado Sp
 rings. Developed over several years by the team at Concrete Couch alongsid
 e local school kids and volunteers\, this project showcases how hands-on a
 rt programs can transform public spaces into vibrant landmarks of communit
 y pride. Phase 2: Cajun Lunch & Social (12:00 PM – 12:30+ PM) After the 
 tour we will head over to Memorial Park’s newest restaurant: Perriteaux'
 s Cajun Restaurant. Owned by Louisiana native Perry Sanders Jr. (owner of 
 The Famous Steakhouse)\, Perriteaux's brings incredible\, scratch-made Bay
 ou flavor to the neighborhood. Check out the menu here: the Perriteaux's M
 enu and pick out your gumbo\, po' boy\, or beignets! Lunch is individual s
 elf-pay.  RSVP requested\, but not required: Please let us know if you pla
 n to attend by Thursday\, October 15th so we can have a rough guess on an
