DESCRIPTION:Come join us next Friday\, July 21st at noon   at the Doubletr
 ee by Hilton\, 1775 Cheyenne Mountain Blvd.\, Colorado Springs.     We 
 are asking members and guests to RSVP so that we can let the venue know ho
 w many will be attending.  This is part of our contract.  The meeting co
 st is $30 which you can pay at the door or use the link on our website. 
  If you are invoiced for meeting dues\, then you don't pay at the door. 
  Also if you have prepaid all the meals of the quarter\, you don't have t
 o rsvp for yourself but if you are bringing a guest\, rsvp for the guest.
   Also make sure to let me know via a separate email or phone call if you
 r guest needs a special meal. Please RSVP by Monday at 5pm.          
 Nhi Aronheim Author of Soles of a Survivor   I’ve been told that\, thou
 gh I’m only 4’9”\, I'll be sharing my story\, SOLES of a SURVIVOR 
 with you. Several anthologies have profiled my harrowing journey as a chil
 d refugee who went on to live the American Dream. The world desperately ne
 eds more stories about tolerance\, unity\, and how to work together for a 
 common good.  The soles of my feet still bear the scars of my horrific es
 cape from Vietnam—where I trudged through the jungles of Cambodia as a c
 hild with a group of strangers seeking the land of opportunity: America. M
 y only possessions at the time were two pieces of clothing and a heart fil
 led with hope. I’m filled with gratitude for all I’ve been fortunate t
 o accomplish and become in this great country. I hope my Soles of a Survi
 vor story inspires and empowers you. And I hope that\, like me\, through 
 your challenges\, you\, too\, will find healing and joy.
