DESCRIPTION:Rotarians have an opportuity to volunteer with the Guardians’
  of Palmer Park workday Scheduled for Saturday\, October 3. If interested\
 , please pre-register direclty with Guardians' of Plamer Park at the appro
 priate link provided below and let Samantha Chapman know by email at saman
 thac@sentinelsoffreedom.org that you are volunteering for our tracking pur
 poses.   In view of the ongoing public health situation with COVID-19\, 
 there are some rules in effect for those who wish to volunteer for this ev
 ent. Here are the main rules: 1) There will be three separate working grou
 ps: Group 1 will be doing mitigation work along Lazy Land Road. It will me
 et in the parking lot at the end of the Lazy Land road. If you wish to Jo

  2 will do trash pickup throughout the park.  It will meet at the Maizela
 nd Parking Lot near the Storage container next to the Baseball field

 te (and any other trash that may be found) on the Yucca/Mesa trails (the d
 og off-leash areas). It will meet at the Yucca Area /Ute Crest\,  parking

  group will be limited to ten (10) volunteers. Only preregistered voluntee
 rs will be accommodated\,  Walk-ons will be turned away. Volunteers showi
 ng up without a face mask will be turned away. Volunteers are encouraged t
 o provide their own work gloves. We will provide work gloves to those who 
 show up without them but will refuse to take them back. Volunteers are als
 o encouraged to bring their own water. 3) The time frame for all working g
 roups is 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  4) The Guardians of Palmer Park will provi
 de tools. Tools will be disinfected before use and at the end of the workd
 ay.  5) “Social distancing” rule will be in effect. Leaders will atte
 mpt to keep volunteers at least 6 feet apart.  If this event is cancelled
  due to inclement weather or any other reason\, another email will be sent
