"If you are able to share your experiences with one of our individuals please do so, for their sake and your own." That advice comes from Genesee ARC Production & Marketing Manager Paul Saskowski who has been a natural support for John for over two years. "It has been very rewarding," Paul said. "Of course some activities are better than others," he added, "just like real life." "We have volunteered for various projects at church and for the annual Rotary Club production." John even gained some notoriety building sets for Oliver last fall. He helped several days constructing what turned out to be a massive working drawbridge. "Rotary recognized his efforts by listing his name in the program and getting him a production t-shirt. John was very proud. So was I," Paul said. It's not all about community service - there's gardening, cooking, listening to tunes. "We have peeled potatoes, planted flowers and just ran errands. John meets new people wherever we go. How lucky they are." Rewarding Role of a Natural Support INTERESTED?
