Thank you to everyone for all the hard work that has been put into this so far!
We have four weeks to sell tickets. The prices are $20 for 1 ticket or $100 for 6 tickets.
We have printed 2,000 tickets and each club member will be getting 25 to sell.
We are looking to advertise in the Newsteader, the Bugle and on social media.
We want to stream the auction of Facebook Live and host a watch party in order to reach as many people as possible. This would be done from the Club Facebook page.
We need volunteers to help Will sell tickets at the Batavia Farmers Market which is on Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm. We also need volunteers to help Herm with stuffing envelopes and flyers. Keep an eye on your email for more details.
On the Wednesdays before our weekly meetings, we will be trying to get an updated figure on how many tickets have been sold to date.
Rotary Buddies and Membership
After the auction, we will be having a meeting to focus on new membership.
