Welcome back to in-person meetings! Meetings can still be attended via Zoom for those you cannot attend in person.

Library Planting Project:
We are still waiting for the final word from the town but we are still planning to go ahead with this project.
Once every is good to go, we will set a date and need some man power to get the planting done. Stay tuned for a date and time!
Auction:
The auction is in one week! If you need help selling tickets or need more tickets, please contact Andy B. or Herm C.
Please bring your prizes to the Fire Hall on the Thursday meeting before the auction.
On the day of the auction, if you would like to be at the Fire Hall for the event, please arrive at 6 pm to, in the words of President Borden, "sample some fine refreshments."
We will be live streaming the auction on Facebook Live starting at 7 pm!

If you want a picture of your auction donation posted on Facebook and Instagram, please take a photo and send it to Patty or drop the item off at Herm's so Ann can take a photo.
Portable Shelter on Bike Path:
We are looking to place an Amish shed style shelter on the bike path at Akron Junction, between Clarence Center and Barnum.
The cost of this is around $3,800 but the price will increase by $100 after October 1st.
The Foundation will be discussing this project.
Please have some speakers in mind to write down during our next meeting. We are looking forward to an exciting year of guest speakers!
